• Once you know the dates of your annual training tour at Camp Zama, please contact the Reserve Components Office to assist you in coordinating your lodging. Camp Zama Billeting Office generally does not respond to email inquiries at this time. We recommend that you make your reservations as far in advance as possible since lodging fills up quickly during exercises.
• All Soldiers performing annual training at Yokota Air Base must coordinate their lodging with the Kanto Lodge as far in advance of their arrival as possible.
• Soldiers coming to Camp Zama who are unable to secure lodging on post for whatever reason may consider contacting Atsugi Naval Air Facility Lodging, as they are located in the vicinity. However, this may require prior coordination for transportation with your assigned unit.
• Reservations must be confirmed with a credit card. Soldiers must pay for their rooms upon departure.
• If you are performing IDT (inactivate duty training) days during which the Army will not reimburse you for lodging subsequent to your AT (annual training), it is recommended that you pay and acquire a zero balance receipt once you have completed the last day of your AT and file your travel claim with DFAS (Defense Finance and Accounting Service).
