はじめに

在日米軍従業員の雇用に関して、基本労務協約「Master Labor Agreement (MLA)」、船員協約「Mariners Agreement (MA)」および諸機関労務協約「Indirect Hire Agreement (IHA)」という３つの労務提供協約があります。沖縄における在日米軍の諸施設に勤務する従業員は、上記いずれかの協約によって、日本政府を通して雇用され、それぞれ MLA従業員、 MA従業員、IHA従業員と呼ばれます。

基本的な応募資格

沖縄県内で現在雇用されているすべてのMLA、MA、IHA従業員が対象となります。

募集範囲

募集範囲はポジションにより異なります

  • 日本国内で雇用されている全MLA、IHA、MA 従業員
  • 沖縄県内で雇用されている全MLA、IHA、MA 従業員
  • 沖縄県内の在日陸軍日本人人事事務所から人事サービスを受けている全MLA、IHA、MA 従業員 (米陸軍、国防兵站局、星条旗新聞に雇用されている全従業員)
  • 募集組織内に雇用されている従業員

該当募集範囲以外に所属する在日米軍従業員の方以外は応募できませんのでご注意ください。

職種への応募方法

  1. 掲載求人へ応募される方は、このウェブサイトに記載の内容および各空席案内の応募要件をよくお読みください。各求人において、下線のある部分は必須要件です。

  2. 内容をご理解、ご了承いただいたうえで、履歴書 (USFJ Form 196aEJ)、および他の必要書類を締め切り日までに、以下の投函箱へご提出をお願いいたします。

    • 投函箱－トリイステーション・メインゲートのベースマップ下、および建物番号#218（2階）JESO掲示板下の投函箱

Vacancy Announcement

Introduction

The Government of Japan and the United States Government have concluded three labor furnishing contracts regarding the employment of USFJ employees: the Master Labor Agreement (MLA), the Mariners Agreement (MA), and the Indirect Hire Agreement (IHA).

Eligibility

Current MLA, MA, IHA employees in Okinawa

Area of Consideration

The area of consideration varies depending on the position

  • Current MLA, IHA, MA employees in Japan
  • Current MLA, IHA, MA employees in Okinawa
  • Current MLA, IHA, MA employees serviced by Army JESO Okinawa (Army, DLA Energy, or Stars and Stripes)
  • Current employees employed within the organization

Current USFJ employees who are outside the area of consideration will not be considered.

How to submit applications

  1. Person who is interested in applying the vacant position must read this instruction and announcement carefully. Note: Please pay close attention to any highlighted and underlined section in this document.
  2. Submit USFJ Form 196aEJ and other required supporting documents by dropping them in the drop box below by the closing date.  
    • Please submit the application in one of the following boxes located at the Main Gate of Torii Station (below the base map) or the box located in building #218 (2nd floor) under JESO bulletin board.

Documents required to apply

Please put the documents together in the following order before submission.

  1. Personal History Statement (USFJ Form 196aEJ)
  2. Copies of English Proficiency Test for LPL requirement
  3. Copies of License(s) and/or Certificate(s)
