Cherry Blossom Festival - the Festival signals the start of spring, and for many Camp Zama residents the first opportunity to participate in a cultural program. The Ikebana (flower arranging) displays, the opportunity to actively participate in a tea ceremony, the quaint and restful sounds of shamisen and koto music, and traditional Japanese dances all contribute to a very diverse, attractive program.
